About Us
A huge share of global wholesale trade — medical supplies, FMCG, agriculture, construction materials, and more — still runs much the same way it did a decade ago: a WhatsApp number, an email thread, a PDF invoice, and a lot of trust extended on very little evidence.
This arrangement holds until something goes wrong. A representative no longer authorized to act. A payment confirmation that does not reflect what actually occurred. A buyer disputes an agreement months later. A document is buried in an email thread. Someone needs to know exactly what was agreed, who agreed to it, and what happened next — but there is no reliable record.
This is not a failure of any single party. It is the consequence of high-value transactions running across tools that were never designed to maintain a shared, verifiable record of the deal.
Sellarge is the infrastructure wholesale trade has been missing. Before a company gets a Sellarge portal to invite or route buyers into, it goes through real verification — existence checks, registration review, confirmation of who’s actually authorized to represent it.
That verification is the floor everyone on the platform stands on, which is what makes the record underneath it actually mean something: verified companies, verified reps, one continuous thread from first offer to final delivery, and a Trust Score that reflects what a company has actually done — not what they claim in a pitch.
Sellarge optimizes for depth and accountability within each transaction. The goal is to make the transaction itself more trustworthy and more executable. Every deal creates a structured record of what was proposed, what was agreed, what was paid, what was documented, and what was delivered.
That record becomes valuable beyond the individual transaction. Every deal builds your track record.
A company’s reputation in wholesale is often based on references, relationships, screenshots, documents, and claims that are difficult for a new counterparty to verify. Sellarge creates another kind of proof. Every completed transaction can contribute to a verifiable record of how a company actually does business. Over time, that history becomes a track record — one that reflects completed transactions rather than marketing claims. The more legitimate business a company completes through Sellarge, the more evidence it has of its commercial credibility.
That is the foundation of our trust model: not what a company says about itself, but what its verified transaction history can demonstrate.
Our Mission
Our mission is to make Sellarge the most trusted and structurally sound place a wholesale deal can be executed, anywhere in the world — the execution layer for wholesale trade.
We’re building it for the people actually doing this: manufacturers trying to win buyers they’ve never met, procurement teams wiring money to companies they’ve only seen through an email signature, sales reps whose entire reputation lives in conversations they don’t control, and buyers demanding greater accountability from the companies they transact with.
They should not have to choose between moving quickly and knowing what they are getting into. Sellarge is built to give them both.
Why Now
Global wholesale trade is becoming more connected, while the infrastructure supporting individual transactions remains fragmented.
Cross-border trade between Africa, Asia, Europe, and other major trading regions continues to create new relationships between companies that have never transacted before. More businesses are gaining access to international buyers without having decades of established relationships behind them.
At the same time, expectations around fraud prevention, documentation, compliance, and accountability are increasing across global trade. Businesses that once relied almost entirely on email, spreadsheets, messaging apps, and manual processes are increasingly adopting digital infrastructure for critical operations.
The opportunity is especially significant for emerging-market exporters. A US hard tech supplier, an Indian pharmaceutical manufacturer, or a Chinese factory can now reach buyers around the world. But access to buyers is only one side of the equation — they also need a way to establish credibility and close deals with counterparties who have never done business with them.
The infrastructure for discovering and communicating with those counterparties has improved dramatically. The infrastructure for actually executing the transaction has not. That is the gap Sellarge is built to close.
Sellarge is building a world where a wholesale transaction does not disappear into a collection of conversations, documents, screenshots, and memories. A deal should have a beginning, a clear agreement, a verifiable record, an accountable execution process, and an outcome that becomes part of the parties’ commercial history.
One deal at a time, Sellarge is building the infrastructure that makes wholesale trade more trustworthy, more accountable, and easier to execute.
